The Problem

You're spending hours on documents that should take minutes.

Every renewal season, brokers are doing the same thing — manually assembling benefit guides, copying carrier information, and hoping the compliance language is right.

3–6 hours per employer building OE Guides in Word, PowerPoint, or from scratch
Manual copy-and-paste leads to embarrassing mistakes — wrong employer names, outdated rates, incorrect deductibles, old waiting periods, or last year's compliance language
Wrap SPDs and Section 125 POPs sent to a TPA for $150–$400 each — and you wait weeks
COBRA notices, Medicare Secondary Payer, required ERISA disclosures — who's tracking all of this?
DOL audit risk from missing or outdated plan documents that no one noticed
Document templates reviewed by independent ERISA counsel
Built by a broker with 22+ years of benefits experience
Starts at $50/month — no setup fees, no contracts
Real Output

Not a mockup. The actual first four pages.

These are real pages from a guide we generated, shown unedited. Notice it doesn't look anything like our website — because it isn't supposed to.

Why Brokers Trust Us

Built by a broker. Reviewed by attorneys.

We built the tool we wish we'd had for the last 22 years. Benefit Docs Co. was built by an independent benefits broker, and every template is reviewed by independent ERISA counsel.

Two Independent ERISA Law Firms

Every document template in Benefit Docs Co. has been reviewed and approved by two independent ERISA law firms before being made available to brokers. Not one firm — two.

Document Configurator, Not Legal Advice

We assemble documents based on the information you provide. Employers needing legal counsel should engage an ERISA attorney — we can refer trusted firms.

Call for Pricing

Annual plans are billed in full upfront and are non-refundable, with access through the end of your term. Every newly generated document — including renewal versions — is permanently added to your library and counts toward your plan's included document total. There are no monthly resets: your document library grows as your business grows, and you can upgrade anytime as it does. Questions? Contact us directly.

Questions

Good to know before you sign up.

What counts as one document?

Each generated Open Enrollment Guide, Wrap SPD, Section 125 document, or notice package counts as one document toward your plan's included document total. Documents are permanent and cumulative — there's no monthly reset. When you regenerate a document at renewal, that new version counts as an additional document and becomes a permanent part of your library; deleting a document does not return it to your available total.

What happens when I reach my document capacity?

You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. Upgrades take effect immediately, so you can keep working without waiting for your next billing date. There are no overage charges, and nothing you've already built is ever affected.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Switching to annual takes effect immediately; moving from annual to monthly, or downgrading a tier, takes effect at your next renewal date. Annual plans are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable, with access through the end of your term.

How does the AI extraction work?

You upload carrier documents and AI reads them, filling in the relevant fields automatically. For medical, that's the SBC. For dental, vision, life, and disability, it's the carrier's benefit summary. For age-rated medical plans, it's the carrier rate sheet — AI extracts the full age-banded rate table, saving 20–30 minutes of manual entry per plan. You review every extracted value before the document is generated. AI suggests, you confirm.

What file format do I receive?

Every document is generated as a print-ready PDF. We can also deliver your Open Enrollment Guide as a PowerPoint or Google Slides file on request — so if you need a subtle last-minute change our configurator can't handle, you can edit it directly with your own Microsoft or Google license and export back to PDF natively, no extra software required.

What happens to my documents if I cancel?

Your account and documents are retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you'd like to come back. After 30 days, the data is deleted. Re-subscribing with the same email or phone number creates a new account at current pricing — prior data isn't restored.

How many people on my team can use one account?

Starter through Executive plans include 1 user login with SMS multi-factor authentication. The Agency plan supports up to 5 individual user logins, each with their own MFA. Need more? Enterprise plans support custom user counts.
