Open Enrollment Guides. Wrap SPDs. Section 125 POPs. Required notices. Every document your employer clients need — configured by you, assembled by Benefit Docs Co., ready to deliver.
Every renewal season, brokers are doing the same thing — manually assembling benefit guides, copying carrier information, and hoping the compliance language is right.
These are real pages from a guide we generated, shown unedited. Notice it doesn't look anything like our website — because it isn't supposed to.
Branded for the client — their logo and colors throughout. The small "Presented by" mark in the corner is the agency's, not Benefit Docs Co.'s.
No templates to hunt down. No formatting nightmares. No compliance guesswork. Add the employer, select benefits, upload the carrier documents, hit Generate. 15 minutes, start to finish — versus 3–6 hours doing it yourself or $150–400 at a TPA.
Enter the company name, industry, and employee count. Benefit Docs Co. sets up their workspace and pre-fills what it can from your broker profile.

Annual plans are billed in full upfront and are non-refundable, with access through the end of your term. There are no monthly resets: your document library grows as your business grows, and you can upgrade anytime as it does. Questions? Contact us directly.
Benefit Docs Co. is a document configuration service, not a law firm. Documents generated do not constitute legal advice. Templates have been reviewed by two independent ERISA law firms, but state-specific compliance requirements should be confirmed with your state's department of insurance or qualified ERISA counsel.
Each generated Open Enrollment Guide, Wrap SPD, Section 125 document, or notice package counts as one document toward your plan's included document total. Documents are permanent and cumulative — there's no monthly reset. When you regenerate a document at renewal, that new version counts as an additional document and becomes a permanent part of your library; deleting a document does not return it to your available total.
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. Upgrades take effect immediately, so you can keep working without waiting for your next billing date. There are no overage charges, and nothing you've already built is ever affected.
Yes. Switching to annual takes effect immediately; moving from annual to monthly, or downgrading a tier, takes effect at your next renewal date. Annual plans are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable, with access through the end of your term.
You upload carrier documents and AI reads them, filling in the relevant fields automatically. For medical, that's the SBC. For dental, vision, life, and disability, it's the carrier's benefit summary. For age-rated medical plans, it's the carrier rate sheet — AI extracts the full age-banded rate table, saving 20–30 minutes of manual entry per plan. You review every extracted value before the document is generated. AI suggests, you confirm.
Every document is generated as a print-ready PDF. We can also deliver your Open Enrollment Guide as a PowerPoint or Google Slides file on request — so if you need a subtle last-minute change our configurator can't handle, you can edit it directly with your own Microsoft or Google license and export back to PDF natively, no extra software required.
Your account and documents are retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you'd like to come back. After 30 days, the data is deleted. Re-subscribing with the same email or phone number creates a new account at current pricing — prior data isn't restored.
