We use the following third-party service providers to operate Benefit Docs Co. Uploaded carrier plan documents are transmitted to a third-party AI provider for automated data extraction.

4. Data security

Employer and plan data is stored securely and is not shared outside your account. Only you can access your employer workspaces.
